Junior Music Course (ages 4-5)

Early childhood is the ideal time to start music lessons. At this age, the ear is at its peak musical sensitivity. Learning music is as natural as learning to speak. The unique curriculum is designed to give your child the best opportunity to develop basic music skills. The creative approach centres on developing the three essential elements of pitch, harmony, and rhythm. This comprehensive music course goes beyond playing the piano, and develops well-rounded musicians through listening, singing, playing and reading.

Timely Education

Yamaha’s curriculum was designed with the stages of a child’s development in mind to inspire and motivate children to lear effectively according to their needs and interests.

Group Lessons

Children at this young age learn effectively in a group setting through making music in ensemble, performing in front of an audience and experiencing the joy of making music together.

Comprehensive Education

Yamaha develops well-rounded musicians with good aural and rhythmic sense. Students are able to do more than just play an instrument. As they mature in the program, children can improvise and compose their own music with ease.
